Just a quick post to convey my excitement.

This whole ‘Journey’ thing that feels so stagnant after being in this country for seven months is actually starting to happen.

Today I booked the first of our ‘extra’ flights. We are now officially spending 21 days in New Zealand. We fly out of Australia on the 13th September and return on the 4th October.

It is strange to finally realise that it is actually happening. Now all I want to do is fill my days with reading travel books and spending all my hard earned won on adventure trips!! Who wants to spend all day dealing with screaming kids? Nine months of fun – No more kids – I can’t wait!
